History
Each project keeps its last 100 questions in history.json: the question, the Cypher that answered it (if any), the explanation, the model, the shape it was asked against, the strategy, and Auto’s routing decision with its context fingerprint. Asking the same question again replaces the earlier entry.
Where it shows
- The sidebar, while the search bar is open, lists the questions. Click one to run it again; right-click › Remove from History.
- The bar’s dropdown offers the five most recent that contain what you’ve typed, under Recent. In Raw Cypher only queries typed in Raw Cypher appear; the other modes leave those out. Hover a row for the × that forgets it.
What running again does
| The entry was | Running it again |
|---|---|
| a Cypher answer (Text to Cypher, Auto’s Cypher route) | runs the saved query without asking the model: “From history · Sonnet” |
| typed in Raw Cypher | runs it as typed: “From history” |
| a Raw Text search | searches the words again, as plain text |
| a Vector search | searches by meaning again, with no AI |
| an Auto route that used vector search | goes through Auto again, which reuses the saved route |
Text to Cypher also reuses history on its own: a question already answered against the same shape shows Used cached query · no API call. Change the shape and the cache no longer applies.
